Ready for editorial assessment?

Study and fit My paper fits the journal's scope and a proposed article type. The question, methods, findings and limitations are reported accurately. I have used the relevant study reporting guideline and prepared its checklist where applicable.

Authorship and ethics All authors meet the authorship criteria, approved this version and agreed on the author order and contributions. Ethics approval or exemption, consent and any clinical trial registration are stated where applicable. Patient-identifiable content has appropriate written consent for publication. Funding, competing interests, data availability and any AI-assisted use are declared.

Files and originality The title page, manuscript, tables, figures and supplementary files are complete and correctly labelled. The review copy excludes author identifiers if the final peer-review model requires anonymisation. References and permissions for reused material have been checked. Related papers, preprints and overlapping submissions are disclosed, and this paper is not under review elsewhere.
